The Wrath of God displayed at Calvary. Jesus bore the brunt of that wrath. He felt no comfort from the Father as blackness descended. It was a picture of hell on earth for three hours.
Darkness overcame the noonday sun as the judgement presence of God is displayed but the victory cry of Jesus, "IT IS FINISHED" offers hope to those who believe!
