We meet on the first Sunday of every month to prayer walk local neighborhoods. Our goal is to pray over every home in the Pine Belt. That's 50,000 homes! This is a big goal, but we believe that God works through the prayers of His people. There are also door hangers available in the church office so that you can prayer walk any time!
At HSBC, we believe in the power of prayer. Luke 10:2 demonstrates prayer as the beginning of missional living. We want to live out our faith by praying missionally for our neighbors and the city of Hattiesburg. Missions is not a trip, and the Gospel is not a presentation; it is a way of life. Bless Every Home is a resource we utilize to shine as intentional lights in our own neighborhoods by praying for our neighbors by name! Through Bless Every Home, our church has prayed for over 800 homes already this year! Join this fantastic prayer ministry to reach our neighbors!
